Requirements
These are the requirements you need to fulfil:
- Complete training/studies in care of the elderly, health and nursing care or health and paediatric nursing
- B1 language certificate
- International vaccination card (recommended: hepatitis B, measles)
- Ideally, experience in care of the elderly and nursing care
APPLICATION PROCESS
Please submit all these documents in full:
- CV (complete and in tabular form; with dates for education/vocational training)
- Letter of motivation
- Completely passed up-to-date German language certificate (at least B1, from a language teaching institute such as the Goethe Institute, TELC or ÖSD)
- Certificate of your training/school leaving certificate (ideally in the original language and the German translation), including all your school reports
- Ideally notification of partial recognition
- If applicable, residence permit in Germany and supplementary sheet for the residence permit
After a thorough review of your documents, we will arrange an online application interview to discuss further details with you and to get to know you better. If the assessment is successful, you will receive an agreement from the employer and your employment contract.
After submitting all the required documents for recognition, send the documents to the German embassy in your home country to initiate the visa process. When you have successfully obtained a visa, you can enter Germany with no problems at all.
On arrival, you will have the possibility to take part in the Victor’s Onboarding Event, which will help you to find your way around and settle into the company and your new work environment. There will also be a test of your specialist knowledge.
When you have successfully passed the test of your specialist knowledge, you can then finally embark on your professional career as a skilled worker in recognition. Your certificate will then be applied for and, once you have it, nothing will be left standing in the way of your employment as a skilled worker.
